This is year 2 for me as a massage therapist. I recently moved here to Sacramento from Hawaii, where I worked as a therapist at Oda Ohana Chirpractic and with Maria Neil at Island Therapy. I love working in a Chiropractic setting; it gives me the opportunity to work with clients that are aware of their bodies and genuinely care about their health and wellbeing.

I feel that massage, like chiropractic care, is vital to maintain excellent physical health. Of course, the two go hand-in-hand. That is why I am so pleased to be working with Dr. Al Zarembski at A-Z Chiropractic.
